Generating Solar Power
The Kronendal Retirement Village, located in the coastal community of Hout Bay in Cape Town, South Africa, enjoys sunshine, seaside, sand dunes and boasts breathtaking views of Cape Town’s iconic Chapman’s Peak.
The retirement village provides care for independent residents, offering excellent facilities and planned activities. It includes a Care Centre for residents who require full-time support, with 24-hour security, clinic and emergency services on-site.
Purchasing solar cells in the Kronendal project will provide the village with clean, affordable energy, reducing their electricity bills and carbon emissions. While the sun powers the village, as a solar cell owner, you will earn an income for the 20 year lifespan of the project.
